This Privacy Policy explains how SomeWhiteLabel.com, a service of 2nd Place Winners, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our software, websites, and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

  • Configuration data, such as your branding, settings, team members, and the content you choose to make available to your clients.
  • Usage & context data generated when the Service is used — for example, which help articles or videos were viewed, support tickets and their context (the screen or route a user was on, browser and device information, and any screenshot a user chooses to attach), and product analytics.
  • Data from connected platforms that you authorize us to access in order to provide the Service (for example, your account structure and the assets needed to surface relevant help).

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • To surface relevant documentation, videos, and support to the right users at the right time.
  • To route, manage, and resolve support tickets.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only: (a) with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations; (b) with the connected platforms you authorize; (c) as required by law or to protect rights and safety; and (d) in connection with a business transfer, subject to this Policy.

Because the Service is white-labeled, support experiences you configure are presented to your clients under your brand. You act as the controller of your clients' data within those experiences and are responsible for your own privacy commitments to them.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and marketplaces. Information handled by those platforms is governed by their own privacy policies. We access only the data needed to provide the Service and in accordance with the permissions you grant.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account data as described below, subject to obligations that require us to retain certain records.

If you provide a mobile phone number and give express consent (via the unchecked opt-in checkbox on our forms), SomeWhiteLabel.com, a service of 2nd Place Winners, LLC, may send you SMS/text messages about your inquiry, account, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties. Information sharing described elsewhere in this Policy excludes this data.
