Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for purchases made directly from SomeWhiteLabel.com, a service of 2nd Place Winners, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). It forms part of our Terms of Service. We'd rather earn your business than keep a payment you regret — if something isn't working, email help@somewhitelabel.com and we'll make it right.

1. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel any subscription at any time by emailing help@somewhitelabel.com from the email address on the account (or through your account where self-serve cancellation is available). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full access until then, and you will not be charged again. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods, except as described below.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee (new subscriptions)

If you are a new customer, you may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 14 days of the initial purchase — no questions asked. This applies once per customer and does not apply to renewal payments.

3. Renewal payments

Renewal charges (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. If a renewal was charged in error — for example, after you requested cancellation but before it was processed — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

4. One-time purchases (including the Founders offer)

One-time purchases, such as the Founders offer, may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, one-time purchases are non-refundable, and the included service continues for the full purchased term. Where a one-time purchase includes membership in a cohort or community, refunded purchases forfeit that membership.

5. Custom and done-for-you services

White-Glove and other custom-scoped engagements are governed by their order form or agreement. Where none exists, work already performed is billable and non-refundable; unstarted work is refundable.

6. Purchases through the HighLevel App Marketplace

If you purchased through the HighLevel App Marketplace (rather than directly from us), billing is processed by HighLevel and refunds are governed by the HighLevel App Marketplace Refund Policy. Contact us first and we'll help route the request correctly.

7. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of approval (your bank may take additional time to post the credit). We do not issue refunds to a different card or by other methods.

8. Disputes & chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — nearly every billing issue is resolved faster by email. We reserve the right to suspend service on accounts with open chargebacks while they are investigated.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be posted here with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
